Andy Sullivan
Andy has 22 years' experience in finance. He specialises in CFO and business strategy work for SMEs and investment-backed startups. After working his way from apprentice to director and shareholder at his previous firm, he founded Complete HQ to give ambitious businesses a finance partner who gets involved, not just an annual set of accounts.
Three kids, one dog, one cat. Still thinks he's 21.

Debbie Weaver
Operations Director
Debbie keeps our people, processes and client delivery moving in the right direction. Before Complete HQ she spent four years as a Client Manager in practice, building deep experience in client service and modern digital accountancy. She brings calm, clarity and momentum behind the scenes, so clients get straightforward, responsive support.
