The challenge
Herodotus builds onchain and zero-knowledge infrastructure. When Kacper Koziol and his co-founder came to us in 2022, they had just incorporated, engaged legal counsel and were putting day-to-day operations in place. They needed UK payroll, accounting, and numbers for their quarterly investor reports.
What we did
- 01We've been Herodotus's first and only accounting firm since 2022, running UK payroll and the accounting.
- 02We provide the numbers for quarterly investor reports, and prepare the financial information their investors need, including responses to requests for their annual fund audits. Andy works through these directly with Kacper.
- 03Day to day, we provide the tools and processes, and a single point of contact keeps track of receipts and chases anything outstanding.
